From MS. LICHELLO CAMMAYO

Chairperson, Tao of Human Caravan Advocates

"In 2010, I met Volts Victoria when his group, People Helping People (pHp), had a joint-project (distribution of school supplies) with Human Caravan in Sitio Wawa, Rodriguez, Rizal.  This year, I was surprised that he still remembered our group.  He told me that he wanted to revisit our kids, but this time, with his MediCard Family and at the remote venue where most of the kids live.

On May 25, 2012, despite the two-hour long walk, trek and crossing of rivers they had to endure just to reach Sitio Inigan, the MediCard Foundation family headed by their president Mr. Luis Montoya gave smiles and gifts to our 150 kids.  This really meant a lot, especially for our kids who cross the river a number of times, or trek for long hours just to reach school.

Human Caravan will always remember MediCard.  And truly, MediCard is something we Filipinos, should be very proud of.  MediCard truly cares."

From MR. LYNDON B. MALABANAN

City of San Fernando Branch Manager, Talete king Panyulung Kapampangan, Inc. (TPKI)

"We are very thankful to Medicard Foundation headed by their president Mr. Luis Montoya and their Executive Director Mr. Volts Victoria for the medical mission last August 24, 2012, done in one of our flooding areas in Macabebe, Pampanga. Despite the difficult routes, rough roads and floods, they did not prevent them to push through the mission. They addressed the physical concerns of our “kabalens” through thorough check-ups by their doctors and help of the volunteers.  Everyone also had free medicines. There were around 500 kabalens served during the mission.  Thank you very much Medicard Foundation! God Bless you.
